Lot of Minton Bullion Cups in the Marlow Pattern # 27684
This is a lot of two bullion cups in the Marlow pattern by Minton. This is the older Marlow pattern with the globe Minton mark. They are marked with the pattern name and marked Made in England. These are two handled, footed cups or bowls with a large floral design inside the cup and small flowers on the outside. Each bowl has a small floral design on the front and back-but, the flowers are completely different from bowl to bowl. The large floral design inside the bowl is exactly the same, but the small flowers, while being the same flowers, are in different places. They are higher on bowl than the other. The pattern is dated 1938 to 1958.
Each bullion cup measures 4.50 inches across the rim by 2.00 inches tall.
The set is shaped with a fluted rim and gold trim. One bowl has a very tiny chip in the base as shown.
There are no other chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage.
