Carl Tielsch White Floral Triangular Bowl # 27644

This is a Carl Tielsch, CT Atwasser triangular shaped bowl with pink and white flowers and gold trim. The CT Atwasser mark is dated 1875 to 1909. The flowers may be hand painted, but I do not think so, but they have hand added details as shown. The bowl is triangular in shape with a wide textured rim trimmed in gold.

The bowl measures 9.25 inches across the top edge and it is just short of 10.75 inches from the top point to the bottom point. It is 1.75 inches tall at the rim and 1.00 to 1.50 inches deep.

The base of the bowl has three marks-the CT Atwasser mark, a very faint mark that may say Made in Somewhere and it is number 10041 over 22.

There is some wear on the gold trim, but the bowl is over 125 years old. It has no chips, cracks, craziness, crazing, or other damage. Sorry the picture of the makers mark is so blurry, but then, so is the mark. I believe it is safe to say this bowl is not dishwasher or microwave safe.
