Very Large Cut Crystal Lamp on Marble Base with Hanging Prisms # 27690

This is a very large and very heavy lamp with a cut crystal I’m not sure what to call it, a metal base with a Mable slab on it and many strings of crystal prisms that may be crystal or glass. The light fixture works as shown and the entire piece is really one of a kind and quite possibly quite old. It has a white cord that has no ground prong and an on and off switch on the cord.

The lamp measures:

16.50 inches tall overall

The shade or holder for the light bulb measures 10.50 inches tall and is 7.00 inches wide. It is about 4.00 inches deep.

The marble piece is 4.00 inches across each side.

The crystal prisms are 3.00 inches long per string.

The entire lamp weighs ten pounds before packing. I expect ship weight to be around twelve pounds once it is securely wrapped and packaged.

The light fixture has a bulb in it and it works. I don’t know how comfortable I feel about the cord with no ground plug and no wider prong.

The light fixture has no markings. The crystal shade has no chips, cracks, or damage. All the prisms are there, although some may come off during shipping. It is flawless and lovely and possibly antique.
